Can I change my order after I have submitted it ?  by 
Prior to your order being shipped, either contact us by phone or by email to indicate the changes you wish to make. You will know if your order has been shipped if you have received a confirmation email from us. If your order has already been shipped, please return the unwanted items in original condition (unopened and unused) to us within 14 days of your order and we will refund the cost of those items. Shipping costs are NON-refundable.

Do you accept purchase orders?  by 
Absolutely. Before making your purchase please contact us to get the paperwork started. We are already setup with many school districts, let us check to see if your district is pre-approved.

Do you give volume discounts for large orders?  by 
Yes! However, we do not have predetermined break points for volume discounts on our products. Our prices are already 5-20% below retail store prices. Please contact us and we will be glad to give you a quote for the items you are interested in.

Do you offer international shipping?  by 
We currently do not offer any international shipping at this time.

Do you ship APO?  by 
Yes. Most US Military APO bases are shipped via US Priority Mail.

I do not feel comfortable putting my credit card through the shopping cart. Can I phone in my order?  by 
Absolutely. Use the contact us page to determine the most comfortable way to talk to us. But when you're feeling more confident, give us a try via the website. Ordering online is just as safe as calling your order in. If we thought otherwise, we would not be doing business on the Web. We've tried to make it as easy as possible, and it's people like you who can give us suggestions to make it even better.

If I request my package be left at my door, what can I do to guarantee delivery of my order?  by 
We do not have control over delivery once your order leaves our store, nor can we guarantee delivery from the US Post office. However, the Post Office does offer additional services (along with additional charges) so that you or someone else has to sign for the package or actually pick it up at the post office. Some of these services are called: "Delivery Confirmation", "Certified" or "Restricted Mail". If you live in an apartment complex or do request your package to be left at your door, you may want to consider one of the above options! If you are interested in any of the above, add this to your comments while you are placing your order or contact us and we will be able to get you a quote for your request.

Is entering my credit card number safe?  by 
Yes! Our shopping cart runs in an encrypted mode when you enter the page that asks for your shipping and mailing information. You will normally see a message in your browser that indicates that the page is secure. Encrypted means that your information is secretly encoded as it is transmitted between your machine and our server.

What does back-ordered mean?  by 
This means that we are currently out of stock on an item and that it has been reordered. Shipping for the back ordered item(s) is paid for by FairyWingsandWands.com

What happens if my order is lost?  by 
As we cannot guarantee delivery from the Post Office, I would first check with your local post office. If you live in an apartment complex, you may want to check with your apartment manager to see if your package was left in the office. If you have had problems with missing orders in the past, you may want to add "Delivery Confirmation", "Certified" or "Restricted" Mail to your order. These are additional charges and we will get you a quote on any of the above requests.

What if I can't find the product I'm looking for?  by 
Please contact us and we'll be happy to look through our supplier catalogs and see if we can find what you are looking for.

What is the difference between shipping and billing addresses?  by 
The shipping address is the actual physical location you get your mail, i.e. Post Office Box or street address. Please note: we ship via US Priority Mail and usually addresses with a PO Box number should be put in the shipping address portion of your cart. The billing address is the address that shows on your credit card statements.

Will I get an automatic email response when I order?  by 
Yes. You will actually receive two emails from us. The first will be an email confirmation, once your order is submitted. The second will be notification that your order has been shipped. If for some reason you feel that your order did not go through, please contact us and we will be happy to give you the current status of your order.
