Directions:
We have certain artist that are on the list. We read about the artist and talk about them to the class. Then we do a project about them. With Van Gogh, I thought his painting Starry starry Night would be great for the kids to interperate on the Scratch Art-Lite paper since it is a black background and the colors underneath are multi (no painting involved)!!
I am also suppling the kids with the project a drawing of Vincent's Starry starry Night so they can see it in black and white and they can use their imaginations. During the project time I am going to play Don McLean's "Vincent" song.
They can enjoy bringing the project home and putting up on a window to make it look like stained glass.
